Now in our inaugural season, GloSauna is born out of a passion for the Finnish sauna ritual that has been an integral part of wellbeing for 2000 years!
We are dedicated to sharing the many health benefits the sauna /cold water custom can bring to you in a safe and friendly environment.
Sauna culture is more than just washing oneself, it’s a place where people come to cleanse their bodies and minds and embrace a sense of inner peace.
The Sauna is a great ‘leveller’ and welcomes everyone from the very young to the very wise.
Sauna is a wonderful way of enabling the body to create stress just like exercise does, which spurs the body to sweat and release tension and toxins.
Among other benefits regular sauna use can help relax muscles, improve blood flow, reduce high blood pressure, lower hyper tension, improve endurance and overall cardio vascular improvement.
Prices
30 mins, 1 hour, 90 mins and 2 hours sessions available
Social sauna - £8 per person per half hour (maximum 6 people)
Social sauna - £15 per person per hour (maximum 6 people)
Private sauna - £40 for 30 mins (maximum 6 people)
Private sauna - £75 1 hour, £115 - 1.5 hours, £150 2 - hours (children from 5 upwards allowed, but must be accompanied by an adult) maximum 6 people
Silent sauna - same prices as above
Business sauna - same prices as above
Stag and Hen saunas - same prices as above
