In 2024 GloWellbeing is adding a ‘Glo-rious’ SAUNA to compliment all the wonderful services we already offer.

GLOSAUNA SERVICES:
Thermotherapy, wood fired sauna housed in a converted horse box for a maximum of 6 people
Galvanised bath for water immersion
The sea, when tide allows, is there for an invigorating splash or swim
Changing robes, sauna hats and large buckets for personal belongings
Communal bookings - 30 mins (£8 pp) and 1 hour (£15 pp)
Private bookings - 30 mins (£40) 1 hour (£75)
Silent sauna (communal or private same price as above)
Team building saunas (as priced above)
Private business meetings (what’s not to love…. as they will get ‘heated’)

GLOSAUNA will be open all year round…why?…. because ‘Some like it hot!
We operate from Goring Beach (one groyne west of Sea Lane Café) where we run our seasonal concession from March to the end of October (weather permitting). Out of sea paddling season you can find us on the river or planning our next adventures.
We operate just a pebble’s throw away from the great Sea Lane Cafe. Why not stop by for a pre or post SUP snack, we highly recommend it and you may just find you need it with all that exercise! Click here for their website and menu.
